We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours with proof of damage.
